It's early in the morning, you're running a little late on our schedule and you've got a lot on your mind: a busy schedule, morning tea/coffee, belongings to carry to work, and everything except eating a healthy breakfast. BREAKFAST is the very first meal of the day. The word itself describes breaking a fast after not eating since the previous night. People nowadays are health-conscious and take good care of their weight. However, the majority of people believe that skipping breakfast helps them sustain their weight. Rather than skipping it, we should consider changing it. We usually eat carbohydrates for breakfast, but if our breakfast contains nutrients such as folate, calcium, iron, vitamin B, and fibre, we will indeed be able to boost our health even more. Breakfast helps you improve memory and concentration, as well as lower "bad" cholesterol and reduce the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. The advantages do not end there; breakfast in the morning jump-starts our metabolism and helps us burn calories throughout the day. High–fiber cereal, fresh fruits, low–fat milk, low-fat protein shake, protein bar, and yogurt are all good breakfast options. Breakfast loaded with sugar and dripping in oil should be avoided. People may find it difficult to eat first early in the morning as their last meal of the day might be very late at night. So, change the habit, live a healthy life.
“Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper" – Adelle Davis.
