Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. Stress can be positive sometimes, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. It’s not stress that kills us; it’s our reaction to it. Most Probably, we have suffered from stress at least once in our life. When we share this with someone, we get one standard solution: calm down your mind and take a deep breath. Today, let me tell you what I do to be stress-free. I work for over 13 hours a day, and when I start working, I don’t take a break till 4 hours minimum because what I do needs so much focus and work. So, I usually listen to slow songs with some rain in the background, which helps me. When I have so much stress while working or maybe thinking, the best practice I do is take a cold shower and sit in silence for 10 minutes and think about the best moments of my life. After taking a cold shower, thinking about the best moments and good memories can relax your mind, you become more productive. At last, I would like to rewrite this inspiring quote: The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.
