According to one study, sedentary living is extremely unhealthy, even worse than smoking in terms of life expectancy. A word, PANDEMIC, almost changed everyone’s life. We are ecstatically approaching the 21st century. Smartphones, computers, and the internet have become indispensable in our daily lives. Our life was a machine from the morning until late at night. Suddenly, a pandemic named COVID 19 engulfs us. Children were unable to attend school, and adults were to work. Humans who were previously living sedentary life because of technology are now more sedentary because of lockdown. Technology was a boon during that time. But two years later, today, we are seeing the damage it has done to our health. I discovered numerous examples of children and teenagers becoming inactive and unwilling to move. Children's obesity is on the rise. Many of them have vitamin deficiencies in their bodies. And mainly deficiency of Vitamin–D because they do not get sunlight for long. Let us get out of here before it's too late. Resolve to live a healthy, active lifestyle that includes morning exercise, a healthy diet, nutritious food, and getting out of the house for school, work, and socializing with friends and family.
