Grateful means feeling or showing an appreciation for something done or received. Now, this is the simplest thing but unfortunately, we forget to be grateful most of the time. Gratitude is the act of feeling and communicating appreciation for the people, circumstances, and material possessions in our lives. It allows us to cherish our present in ways that make us feel in abundance rather than deprived. This is just a small gift of saying thanks. Many times you can make somebody's day by just saying thanks to them. This simple process can boost positivity in you. Gratitude is arguably the spiritual discipline we think we understand best. There are many things you should be grateful for but again a few of them are very important. Every day more than 150,000 dies and you are lucky that you are still living and that is why you should be grateful. Many people are still homeless and you still have a roof. These are just a few things you should be grateful for. Simple you can be grateful by saying I am grateful for you. And that is how you can improve your spiritual life.
