“Healthy mind lives in a healthy body”
Meditation, yoga, and food are the three pillars of a healthy mind and a healthy body. This trio can create wonderful results. I call the mind - a monitor of the body. If our mind is happy, healthy, and stable then so is our body. Our body should be in control of our mind, not the other way round. Meditation will help us to convert our weaknesses into strengths. It also helps us to kick out all negativity and create space for positive thoughts. I start my day with yoga, pranayama, and meditation regularly. Yoga, an ancient art that originated in India, offers physical and mental health benefits. It improves our body posture, increases flexibility, builds muscle strength, boosts metabolism, increases blood flow, etc. According to the International Yoga Federation, about 300 million people practice yoga globally. Yoga is not just about doing asanas and meditation, diet is also an integral and a very crucial part of it. “Sattvic” meaning pure diet influences our physical well-being, emotions, and thoughts. So let us start this healthy practice by doing yoga and meditation every day and feeding our hunger with sattvic food.
Very helpful and great changes for life.
